    Looking for a notebook with Corei7, and 18"+ screen...HELP!

Guys, I need your assistance please! I'm looking for a notebook that has these specs, but I cant seem to find any. I've looked a sager notebooks, but they only offer the Corei7 w/ 17" screen, the person this is for, really needs a larger screen, somewhere in the area of 18"+. Money is of NO concern for this guy, so if you can help, that would be fantastic. Here are the specs were looking for:

Corei7 CPU of any speed (920 would be fine)
    6gb ram @ 1333+MHz
Very powerful GPU, sager uses gtx280m gpu, that would be fine.
    AT LEAST 18" screen

If you can point un in the right direction, I would appreciate it very much.

Gaming on 17" notebook screen is just fine btw. Size doesn't matter so much when you're sitting so close.

i7 inside notebook? I bet you get silicone insulation pads with it. Coz this thing will be hoooooot. My cooler has bunch of heatpipes and is twice as fat as any notebook, yet it's quickly hitting 80°C on full load (8 treads, 3,4GHz).

can I ask WHY they need an 18" screen :/

the res is the same and will look better on the 17 and isn't diff from the distance you sit at :/

guessing its a desktop replacement as youll tire carrying that big lump around :P

oh ya, no doubt! I just built my first desktop with a Corei7 a few days ago for this same guy, and using the stock heatsink, load temps are in the 80c range! Love the performance from it though. He went from a AMD 4600 X2 to this new intel CPU, and was amazed from the performance increase. Now he just wants the best notebook money can buy with an i7 inside!!!!

Cause that is what he wants.....People, Im only looking around for what im told he wants. I agree with all of you, as a 17" screen would be just fine for 99% of us. I keep seeing 18.4/6 - 20" screen on notebooks, but they use the core2 CPU, I guess its just a matter of time before the i7's get a screen that large.

Clevo D900, used by companies like AVADirect, Sager, Smooth Creations...etc.

    nvm. 17".

Btw... there is only one i7 laptop afaik and its the Clevo D900 and its 17".

If he wants 18.4 inches he wont get i7 he's gonna get a Core2Quad. Period.

Wouldn't the battery life on something like this be a matter of minutes?

battery life is of no concern. Just power packed into a little machine.
Not much to say right now.
