Very nice stuff there, crowd computing looks very interesting

I would really need a much bigger desk to have 6x 24" Dell LCD's here.

I like all the multi screen setups but the thing that bugs me about them is what do you do with the bezzel space and the effect it has on breaking up the images. Clearly on the flight sim's shown and the bezzel's going right accross the middle of the screen breaks up the image.

Hopefully some day we can get these LCD's that have almost no bezzel space.

Thats about my only complaint with multi screen setups.

    Nice job Simon

Thta is impressive. I can see me getting 6 monitors and mounting them on my wall infront of my desk. Monitors are pretty cheap now too.

I'm predicting that monitor sales will skyrocket later this year

Nice to see the new card(s?) flexing its muscles as well

With a six monitor setup like that, how is the cabling done, if I may ask?

Displayport 1.1, 6 ports/card on this technology demonstration.

The monitors in my demo are DP1.1 native.

simon, its too some card as 5750 ready to launch? I want new card, but with lower burn power usage. Better lower than my HD3870
    with better performance. Thx

    Decisions, decisions.

Is this a green issue or an SFF issue?

I use a 4890X2 in my SFF rig. and its fine. But durring gameplay a bit loud.

Remember, the 3000 & 4000 series have some nice power management capability at idle.

Can't say much more about the 5000 series yet. Sorry.

Read somewhere that there were plans to make a 4890X2 if the Evergreen launch was to be delayed but when TSMC got their act together those plans were scrapped. Don't ask me where I got it though, should have been here or this thread at beyond3d(just 107 pages to read)...
