What do you think about picking up used CPU's? Anyone know of a forum that has CPU's for sale from people who have upgraded?

eBay, or here at XS - but you won't be able to see the Classifieds sub-forums here until you've got a few more posts to your name (min. 100 posts required), or you've signed up for a year's subscription, which gets you a few other things as well.

The best place to get good deals is either Craigslist or Hardware forums (XS, [H], Anand, etc) where people DO NOT know what their CPU is actually worth. eBay prices will go for around the same value every time based on completed listings, so people know what to bid up to, on forums a lot of people don't even look and put them up much cheaper than they will be worth on eBay (Enthusiasts think 2 gen old hardware is less valuable than it really is )
I buy/sell tons of CPUs and forums are for sure the best place to pick up cheap chips.
