Panasonic LS80 vs Canon A470 vs canon a480

as the thread title implies...i'm on a hunt for a point and shoot and i'm in a dilemma between these three models....the A480 and LS80 are at the same price....the A470 is about 50$ cheaper...so which is the best bang for the buck??? i won't be printing large portraits or anything so i don't need uberly high megapixels( if i understand the concept right)...i just need good picture quality and overall good performance...the major attraction to the panasonic ls80 is for the OIS...the other canons lack this feature....

wating for your responses,guys....thanks in advance

thanks itznfb.....waiting for more suggestions and opinions....although i'm leaning more towards the A470 as i won't be getting OIS with the A480...and the only difference is the MP on the A480 which i don't need....and i'd consider the A470 the best bang for the buck....but i need more expert opinions...

probably Canon A480 but it depends on the person using the camera.
