Anyone know what the the dip switches on a 4870x2 do?

I did a quick search of the forum for 4870x2 dip switch and came up empty. Anyone know what the purpose of the two small dip switches on the back of 4870x2's do? One is marked ke I believe and the other on/off. Here's a pic to explain what I mean.

I'm not 100% sure, but AFAIR it's for switching the "TV Out" mode ( PAL / NTSC )

Let me know if you find it lol. Always seemed like such a great idea the sideport and having the cards crossfire through each other as opposed to the motherboard. I was kind of hoping the switches had something to do with the sideport haha.
