    new fan on Vapo ?

There is a sunon fan on it now, KDE1212PTB1-6A, 152,82 cfm, 44,5dBA.

    I want to change it to a Delta FFB-120HP, RPM of 4000, a CFM of 190, dB-A of 59.

would this help to lower my temps, or just a waste of € ?

It probably will lower them some, but you the noise will be maddening. You would probably do better to place another Sunon above the existing one, blowing IN on the condencer...make sure the one in the back is blowing out. Should lower temps by a couple degrees c.
I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they've always worked for me.

Replacing the default fan with a slightly more powerful
fan does help however putting on a super duper fan has no
more effect than just replacing the default fan with a better one
    apart from sending you deaf.

190+CFM fan is a waste of time on the vapo for the rad,
you will not see any improvement over what you allready have.
