    What radiator for 2 GTX 295 co ops?

    What if you were going to cool just two 295 co-ops, what radiator would you use? I was hoping for like a MCR220, but I am not sure if its enough.

    I don't think one MCR220 can do the job, maybe an MCR 320? just maybe work

    just assume heat load...

    Assume the average 295GTX has a TDP of: 289W.

    TDP is max power draw @ given settings, so we can use this number as MAX possible Heat.
    (its ok to overestimate.. but bad to overshoot, this is why were just overestimating.)

    So u have 2 cards each doing about 289W of heat = 580W of heat total.

    MCR rules in general is 150W per 120x1 fan size you want to hold.
    So u would technically need a MCR420 to keep a relatively good ambient / coolant value. However since this is a GPU and not CPU, u can go down 1 size.

    So i would recomend at the lowest, a MCR320 for 2 x 295's.

    @Jon K... Why do you say "2" MCR320s?

    You could always hang one off the back of the case. I would say it is worth it. If the stock air coolers on those 295s are anything like the 260s. It will be worth it.

    Well I havent got into OC'ing yet. Still ironing out that my system is good to go. Built it just last Friday. Right now I just booted it up maybe 12 mins ago, installing Office 2k7, and the EVGA Control Panel for X57 classified says 26C.
