    The word is finally out. AMD will launch it’s much anticipated next generation graphics processors code name “Evergreen” on September 10th; ahead of Windows 7’s launch in late October..
    I know Launch doesn't mean probable release but it is bound to be close to that.

    Edit: Would also explain why 4870x2s are eol on most sites in UK as they are getting no more stock of them.

    As stated in other threads they are brilliant for CF users.
    I'm getting much better FPS in FC2 and few more FPS in Crysis/Warhead but generally a lot smoother than before.
    I like these drivers a lot so far!

    it is the official driver but amd hasnt put it on their page yet. it could be because they dont have the release notes out yet, im not sure. but usually the official driver has always come out a day or two before its on the amd site.

    I have them downloaded just haven't used them yet. Not sure what the impact on F@H may be. I'm still on 9.5 because of this
