    Cooking With LN2

The other day I was surfing a few youtube videos and came across one by Ferran Adria - Cooking with LN2. After watching this I thought ... hey that looks pretty easy to do, I bet Ferran charges a ton for his stuff.

So being in a goofy mood I thought let’s give this a try.
Many think that I am just not right using LN2 with computers, and they are right, but I went what the heck.

How after watching this you can see that you too can do this at home, it’s not hard !

Invite some friends over, impress your girlfriend, show off at your next BBQ, show them that you are not just a computer geek but a high end cook that creates futuristic deserts.

You can add this to your resume for when you try and break into the cooking academy for that job you have been try to get.

I have also included a special desert for the kiddies, they will love it !!!

So let’s round up your friends and family … get ready to Cook With LN2 !!!

Note: Please be careful when cooking with LN2, it is very cold. Do not stick your fingers into any foods to give it a taste !

Renee really didn’t want to help me out with this, but she got into it and had fun. Thanks Renee !!!

Yep, LN2 is pretty much a good way to cook/prepare desserts, specially if you want it done quickly, or if you're in a hurry. But not just that.

I've learned about it when I saw a cook made ice cream in just few minutes, using it.

Nice vid. man. Enjoy your dessert.

    Haha, what the hell!
    Now that's some Xtreme Cooking!
    What's next? LN2 powered car?
Hm, did anyone cook with LHe? If it beats LN2 at cooling, it might beat it at cooking!
Oh, and if you get a nice quad xeon motherboard, with proper setup you can probably overclock and roast at the same time! Might be a good way to save up on electricity bills!
    Great video man!
Wonder if the spoon was bloody cold. I bet it was!

I make ice cream with my remaining LN2, it is by far the fluffiest and most delicious ice cream I've had. It is like eating flavored air

if you add some alcohol it will make it smoother. it lowers the freezing point and crystalizes slower.

Pretty cool, if this catches on I'd be locking my nitro up so it's only used for benching

There was a restaurant in London that was serving ln2 cuisine but I think it closed as a few people complained of food poisoning, dammit was going to ask if they had ln2 to spare.

HAHA the pan is fine, its pretty old also and I wash it in the dish washer, I know I live on the edge

One thing that Kal-El reminded me of, I forgot to use a temp probe
