Need Fast, Cheap DDR3 for RE

I've got an "open box" RE coming my way that I snagged for $150, and I need some cheap, fast DDR3 to go with it. I was looking at three possibilities, but I'm open to all options.

Am I reading this right? By "doped" does he mean that he insulated the sticks?

I'm focusing on benches where my wolfdale can shine (SP1M, 3D'01, etc.).
What do you guys think I should get?

Okay, I lied, I'm not fixing the links.

I've heard that I'll want RAM that can hit Cas7 in order to be competitive, do you guys think that I'll be able to hit 2000mhz @ cas 7 with these sticks?

I'm not afraid to put in large volts for bench sessions. What volts do you think I should limit myself to if I get those sticks? Is 2.1-2.2v okay for occasional bench sessions that last a couple hours each? I've got active cooling on my RAM.

3) it's a tri-channel kit, I said that my platform is LGA775

well at 50 dollars you get 1600Mhz cas 7 performance, plus you got the ram for an eventual step up too I5/I7 apparently the OCZ animal kits are amasing clockers too (ocz animal)

If you are looking for bench records you need to get high quality kits with Micron chips... but they could cost more than 100 quid...
