    BSOD factory need help!

i recently had numerous bsod on my PC when i say numerous i mean +10per day

there's good days and bad days, sometime it will bsod 3-4 times in 10min then i'm good for the rest of the day.

but it runs great and OC great, I've done pretty much all my hwbot points between those BSOD.

it's a mix and match between those 2
    BSOD 1 fileinfo.sys
    BSOD 2 win32k.sys
    both stop code are 0X3B

sometimes firefox or other apps will just close

    so far i've tried this:

    ram:
    2 set
    g-skill / corsair dom gt
    still bsod

    video card:
    8800gt / 4870
    still bsod

    hdd:
    vertex / wd 1tb / wd 250gb
    still bsod

    win install:
    many win7 versions/install
one time it even bsod first time i saw the desktop after the install
can win7 be the cause? i've google the bsods and no particular report on win7

    hardware disconnecting:
i've tried disconnecting all the unnecessary stuff
    still bsod

    mobo:
    BR / classi
    bsod on both

so i'm down to 2 things i guess
CPU/CPU IMC gone bad? or both ram kit gone bad?

    any other fresh ideas?
i don't way to fork more money on duplicate hardware and it's pissing me off.
    thanks for any help

what happens at stock speeds ? bad sata cable ?
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree

You tried all that at stock speeds of course, so in that case I'd say RAM. So test that with memtest, hyperpi etc. There is a slight possibility that the voltages from the PSU are whack, but I doubt it.

If that isnt it, the CPU is up next. Put it in another board and see if it keeps giving BSOD at stock.

of course stock speed, oced same result
it seems less frequent when overcloked
i tried to use win file check (sfc /scannow) and it says some files are damaged and couldn't be fixed. It did this on 2 separate win7 install,

    leeghoofd
    sata cable:
    already tried that, no change

    v0dka
i'm RMAing my Corsair Dom GT, i run a few passes of memtest86 on my g-skill only, but i should have let it run more, i'll do tonight, but i can't really run it by night because it will probably crash and i won't see the results.

i forgot to say i tried 2 PSU: Enermax Rev 950w and CM Real Power 750w, same result
like i said i tried 2 mobo, same results

try xp or vista, maybe you got a driver issue somewhere...

even with any OS after fresh install NO BSOD.

i'd say rma your board bro. HD tuner on those HDD's. Memtest on the other board.

would you think it could be a corrupted bios?

like saaya stated i think i finally ended up sorting the problem, well i changed every piece of hardware there's to change goddammit!

    korholion
i reinstalled windows MANY times, didn't changed anything

tried 3 hdd like stated before, still bsod
    tried multiples bios, still bsod

brought a classified, still same bsod
brought a new cpu, bsod ended!. still running the same win install/hardware as with previous cpu.
after a few days without any bsod i re-installed win7 for a last time, hopefully for a while

just found this thread and im experiencing the same problems.
ive tried 2 psu,2 sets of ram.2 fresh installs.xp32 just instantly fails prime
at stock settings and vista64 Bsod.next ill try another MB,but im starting to think
after reading this that the cpu might be the culprit.
