Opp, The list of questions is long....but let's start with:
1) How much Vcore?
2) Did you do Vcore or Vddr mod on SK8V??
3) Did you try high fsb and use divider?

But that seems about right....the SK8V gives about 300 more 3dmark's than SK8N, and the extra 100mHz CPU speed (compared to mine) gave you the other 400 3dmark's. Nice. I'm sure you can get MORE out of it...

In fact if you condider the FX benchie was at 2938 and Opp's old A64 benchie was at 2780, I'd expect MORE than just 29.5K....I think his A64 rig would have hit 29.5K with 150mHz extra CPU speed...

I think he is doing this on a stock Mach 2. He hasn't put this on a custom phase change.

a lot of FX chips do 3.3ghz on dry ice, i bet 3.2 is possible with a powerfull phase change system and a good chip

3ghz with a higher fsb will be enough to hit 30k though

actually i am dissapointed a bit, OPP is running 228x13 fastest timings and I ran 13.5x221 fastest timings and my car and lobby still a tad higher with roughly the same CPU clocks...i dont know how thats possible, OPP uses the same drivers
