Really appreciated the opportunity to enjoy the firmware update thanks to the update issued on the website of Patriot. The guarantee of 10 years completes the concrete evidence of reliability and support offered by the company.

The performance is excellent, the number of IOPS sufficiently high speed in writing and reading above expectations. In any case, has proved essential to the implementation of the TRIM command to increase performance, elevating the levels declared and, in some cases even exceeding them. In that sense, Patriot offers a convenient tool to perform this command.

    Definitely comfortable l '@ 3.5 "adapter bundled.

The Patriot Torqx to 64GB is not readily available in Italy at the time, from famous Americans shop is proposed at an average price equal to $ 230, very good in relation to capacity and, above all, to benefits provided by the unit. Maximum score, therefore, for this SSD.
There you are , lazy people.

You got to love the, "Its design, look and performance matches the others," comment without the "It's the same exact drive with another name slapped on it," honesty.

Actually, the Torqx differs somewhat from the other drives. We are not talking about performance here but rather what Patriot offers in the way of accessories and especially warranty. The 3.5" adaptor is something that goes a long way since people like me have been using double-sided tape to stop our SSDs from flopping around our case like a fish out of water whenever we move it. The warranty is pretty much industry-leading as well at 10 years which is retroactive for all TorqX drives purchased before the announcement.

I quote Skymtl, and furthermore I would like to add following to Humminn's post that yes, speaking about hardware components it is the same of Vertex and Falcon but... REAL performances are different The firmware has been personalised and Patriot, I think, has been able to better take advantage of that hardware (controller+chache+nand )
