koolance is best i think with dice...the base is heavy...just right for cold for a long time...and the cylinder can hold dice for 10minutes without adding dice..the mounting is also superb..you'll love the giant knurled nuts and the zero effort on the base plate..and koolance support is great...

insulation is super important..i've done numerous dice runs on my mobo...and its in perfect condition...classified ftw

i've given mk_ultra some tips...i'll forward em to ya if you're in the boat with the pot...

i've msg'd otti too...but his price is a little 500$ ..id get them...if i want stummerwinters records

Could you give me some tips on overclocking i7s? I have a little bit of experience with the i7 920s and 950s, but can use some help with voltages and setting for getting past ~4.5ghz HT.
I have a really nice rig coming in this week to test and I'd like to get some nice benchmarking in with it...

Here is the hardware it has:
i7 975, Evga Classified, 2x GTX 295s WCed, 2x OCZ Vertex SSDs, 2133mhz ram, ect....
The watercooling setup for this will be a dual pass triple 120mm fan radiator with 6x 98cfm fans....

Yesterday the team was at 6627 points, now we're at 6835! Where did the 200+ points come from? Who joined the team? That's really cool!

Did you notice that the Xtreme 3D-Mark Team has been renamed to Xtreme HWBot Team? No new members have been added to the user group though.

I joined the XS HWBot team yesterday!

I am going to try to help out a little bit, have some new hardware coming in this week... Its only going to be on H2O but I am going to try hard to get some nice submissions up...

Started to bench same setup on other venues: 3dm1, 3dm3, 3dm5, 3dm6 and Vantage.

I submitted a result that can't be right: 3dm3-170k, 1st place. What's the deal with this benchmark?

I tried 3 different OSes: Vista_32, XP32 and XP64. I get results all over the place.

Thanks for the reply! Actually I'm using a 60GB IDE drive and I have disabled LAN and audio controllers already, but I'm not sure about the HDD controllers. What's the name of the raid controller in BIOS? I want to disable it but I still need the blue SATA slots for a SATA CD drive for Memtest86+. Is it possible to disable only the white slots?

Well, 03 is bugged. I think GT3 and GT4 were bugged, anyway that score was way to high, so I had to report it. Sorry.

Test 03 with Win 7 until you get a score that's not way higher than the other scores in your category.

That's what I think too, but I submitted first and after I got results I posted here, was on my way to remove it when Honda answered my question.

How does this happen and how to avoid it? Only on 3dm3?

Yes, only 03 is bugged like that. As far as I know there is no way of fixing or avoiding it...

Ok I'm getting kinda discouraged what's this 800x600 resolution and what's the problem with it on my PCMark05:

2009-09-21 17:55:43.0 - morontt: reported by user due to possible cheat (resolution 800x600 - verification link)
2009-09-21 18:02:38.0 - (crew) Massman: reported by crew (800x600 resolution?)

I'm using an old VGA monitor so 800x600 is the best resolution for me, now whats the deal here?

Yeah I don't get it... Massaman said resolution? That would never give me extra points.

A PCMark 05 score by Jody ( 3oh6 ) was also reported for the same reason, but never blocked, and the issue was discussed in the -> Validated scores still wrong? thread in the hwbot forum.
Your score wasn't blocked too, right?

On a sidenote, with how many posts we're getting in this thread I wonder how we could do without it before!

So your chips are locked at 19x too?

Yeah, though you would get points immediately when the NDA is lifted.
You can still prepare some scores and post them when the NDA is lifted.
Whatever you do, please run some benchmarks and post one or two teasers in this thread!

I will guys, as soon as my Classified gets here. I will then bench both chips on SS @ hopefully lots of BCLK, the Gigabytes I have can't handle more than 216/222 (after 216 3D performance is weird/low).

Me neither, this thread is great and people here are the best

I'm new to most of tweaks on these tests so this thread is surely an amazing tool.

No it wasn't blocked but still sad to see a complaint on a valid and legit score that was submitted thru Futuremark.

Need to Mod the board for over 222 Bclk.
