Compressor spec check please

I found a compressor but i just want too check on specs.

Again a quick Google of 7100 W is 24225.2 so about 24K BTU? Is also listed too use R407c but im sure it'll be okay with other gases right?

Most HBP scrolls have a bypass inside whichs opens when the LP/HP ratio is lower than 1:10 (could be 1:20, don't remember exactly).
And LBP scrolls are really rare.
