3D Mark Vantage Crash and Burn test problems.

Hi all

Can anyone help?
I cant seem to get 3D Mark Vantage 1.01 to run any further than test 4. Its the second CPU test named Crash and Burn. The program just seems to freeze on the loading test screen every time.
I've tried it with the system overclocked and without but it doesn't seem to mater it still wont go any further .
I'm using Vista x64 service pack 2 with all the latest drivers if this helps.
