    Question What are the ICs on OCZ DDR3 PC3-12800 FlexXLC?

    I wonder what are the ICs on OCZ DDR3 PC3-12800 FlexXLC (OCZ3FX16002GK - http://www.ocztechnology.com/product...lexxlc_edition )?

    I searched XS, searched google, but found nothing.

    Supposedly they are Micron ICs, but which one? GTR? JNM? or which?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    ocz dosnt tell u what ics ecept for a few special ones. and with 2.1V i would assume that it could only be gtr/gts

    They are definitely Micron D9GTR ics
