Should be interesting.
I wonder if it'll be proper DX11 or just added features like so many DX9 -10 games were.
DX11 is nothing but extra features so what would a "proper" implementation be?
Lets hope. But looking on the past I wouldnt bet on anything. Many of the DX10 games etc was just DX9 visuals/capabilities in DX10 mode.
And without some fixed number it could be this year, 2012 or never.

Crunching for Comrades and the Common good of the People.
Battleforge has a lot to gain from Dx11.
Any games with a lot of repetitive units on screen will gain from it.

battleforge was one of the games pushing 10.1 and they got a sweet 25% boost out of it with the same settings as the 10.0 path...
so im pretty sure they are interested in getting more perf out of the hardware, even and especially dx10.0 and 10.1 hardware, with a properly tweaked dx11 path
a one that is properly implemented and that gets you speedup!
Whoever done proper DX10 rendering path in their engine will have easy way to DX11, and some additional fps, or more eye candy for same fps: http://www.slideshare.net/repii/your...ype=powerpoint
Adobe is working on Flash Player support for 64-bit platforms as part of our ongoing commitment to the cross-platform compatibility of Flash Player. We expect to provide native support for 64-bit platforms in an upcoming release of Flash Player following the release of Flash Player 10.1.
it to bad that battle forge is a $300 game if u want to win. i got it free with my gpu but i cant afford to buy the unit cards (they cost real money) so i cant play. and it has activation securom, i dont get why when u have to log in and u have to pay real money to do anything.

wha really? i never actually played it...
so what, you kinda buy the units and characters with REAL money to then get them killed in the game?
hey i have a new idea for a game, you have to buy virtual money, its really highly detailled and it waves in the wind with physix support and all, and the actual plot is to burn your money asap. you can chose between kerosin, a torch, a pulse laser and a magnifying glass
how the game works is, u build units with cards (they are reusable with each match), like every other card game ur allowed 3 or 5 (i dont remember) of each cardd and u can have 60 cards in a deck. to get cards u get a starter and i think 3 boosters with your account then to get good cards u have to buy boosters and to buy a booster its like $5 in real money. and the best part is that accounts are deleted affter 90 days of inactivity (they may reserve the right and not do it though there are no 90 day accounts). so u need about 20 packs for a basic deck and unless u are really lucky u will need 40-60 packs to compete on a high lvl.

Magnifying glass all the way!
Old skool style!
It sounds really odd. So it's basicly a card game you play through the pc?
Sounds intersting but I'm not willing to hand over about 300 just to it.
No sir.
its an rts that uses cards instead of materials and or spawn points

BattleForge do sound interesting since I am a nerd and used to love cardgames
But knowing myself to well, I could easily spend $500+ on a cardgame...
