    How to make Simple Phase change cooling?

    i was wondering if i could make smple and single stage CPU or GPU cooling form Air Conditioner...
    i got tools and a idea how it shuld look a like when done is there any inpotrant things i need to do before asambling it?
    Can some one give a step by step instructon how to change AC to Phase Change cooler?
