Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition

MW2 will be released this fall for the PC and console. With it will come 3 different variants:
-Normal Game
-Harden Edition: Limited Edition Steel Book showing custom artwork, Artwork Book and a token to download the original COD (so far xbox 360 and PSN).
-Prestige Edition which includes the Harden Edition along with night vision goggles along with sculpted head to use as a stand.

I heard the prestige edition was going to be 149$, but don't take my word for it.

From just looking at them, they look more like IR goggles... there's a ring of LEDs around what I can only assume is a camera. The IR LEDs light up a target and the camera picks up that light that you can't see.

I used to sell security cameras that worked on the same principle.

Does anybody here tire of the arcade feel to Call of Duty games? They're all the same with different makeup, at least that's how I feel. I play them nonetheless, but it's definitely not one of my favorite series.

I love the CoD games but goggles, come on. That's a bit ridiculous. When am I honestly going to use something like that? Sure as hell aren't going to try and play MW2 with those on. Seems like a way over-priced gimick.

Hey i think the goggles are a plus for me, while they may not be remotely close to as good as the real thing, i myself am a person who likes to take hikes in awesome areas, living in Arizona, these might come in slightly handy.
