    Voltage problem - please help

    I bought a new computer yesterday and I'm having weird voltages

    Mainboard: MSI 770-C45
    PSU: Corsair VX550

    I've noticed software monitoring for rail voltage is pretty inaccurate. If you were really only getting 4.6v on your +12v rail, I doubt the PC would even turn on, let alone get to Windows.

    Unless you've got serious stability issues, I'd bet it was a software problem. If you're really concerned, use a real volt/amp meter to test the voltage manually, that'll give you a pretty accurate reading.
