New to DDR3 ram, looking for OC friendly

There is not a Sticky thread of Ultimate OC DDR3 memory, and I am new to ddr3.
I am looking to buy a 3x1 set up and I want to get a flexable set that can get fairly tight timings w/o a bunch of RMa's. Since you guys have used and abused some what are your favorites and which ones should I stay away from?

Generally, any 1600MHz CAS 7 kit will do pretty well without costing you a lot. They aren't generally Elpida Hyper based either, which should mean you'd get away without spending your time and money on RMA'ing things and paying shipping fees.
