    This thing sure does look very interesting. Just two things: Judging by the way the heatpipes are arranged, it probably will only perform best with large DIE CPUs and huge heatpreaders. Anything with more centered heat dissipation will suffer from the placement of the heatpipes.
    And the old "problem" with the fan sandwiched inbetween the fins, like that:
    The sound level will be a bit higher than with a fan placed on the outside due to the fact that it'll have to pull the air trough all the fins on one side first, which creates extra noise. It does have its advantages, though.
    Besides these first small doubts, I think this will be a really good performance heatsink, probably mainly for Intel Core systems.

    No doubt that base is HUGE. That thing could cool your cpu and a soda if needs probably with all that space./

    Also does this one not come with a controler like the other one
