CMP4GX3M2C Compatibility

Hi,

I'm about to buy a new motherboard with a new module kit.
I'm talking about the Dominator 2x2 Go PC12800 CMP4GX3M2C 7.8.7.20

I'll go for an asus motherboard then i searched into the compatibility list http://www.corsair.com/configurator/ for some P7P55D, Formula 3 or Sabertooth but the module is not listed, exept for the P7P55D-E Deluxe.
Is this kit is definitely not compatible with these mb?

I also have a question about the part number: What does mean the C letter on CMP4GX3M2C?
I thought the A meant optimised for lynnfield and B for AM3 socket.

Can someone inform me about this kit? I can't find any informations on it.
