    ($9.01 x 6 FrozenCpu) Bitspower 1/2" ID x 3/4" OD Compression Fitting http://www.frozencpu.com/products/10037

I don't want to skimp on product and want a quiet fail safe setup.

to keep noise down good highend fans
to stay relieable mcp655 pumps or equal
to keep things cool lots of surface area two 480 rads like a single radiator with 4 up and two across but didn't see it.

Frozen seems to have decent pricing but I always keep options open if you see where I can save a few bucks or do something different let me know.

Only thing missing is the 7970 block but those aren't out yet.

Tygon B-44-4X sucks. Stick w/ Primoflex. Otherwise it looks pretty good to me.

And if you don't want to skimp on components, i'd change rad to coolgate's. And maybe pumps (with their dual top) to MCP35X with pwm regulation. And remember about 5% off @ frozencpu for xtremesystems users by entering codeword.

changed to PrimoChill PrimoFlex PRO LRT Tubing 1/2"ID 3/4"OD clear tubing nice call and saved a few pennies

Will look into coolgate but on the pumps I thought the MCP35X was noisy compared to the 655 or 350 models? or is that just the mcp355 thats strong but noisy?

I have the code for the 5% off its already priced above with discount. I might call them and ask for a larger discount due to being a large order

nice opinions so far keep it up.

The MCP35X speed can be controlled via your motherboard & SpeedFan. I run mine @ 2750rpm and it is almost completely silent now.

iboomalot: at maximum speed MCP35X might be a bit noisier then D5 (but also better flow because of more head pressure), but the beauty of pwm regulation is - that even without advanced fan/pump controllers you can regulate dynamically pump speed depending on load/temps, so that it's completely silent at idle loads or max power when you might need at full load.

not sure if head pressure will be a problem, I currently run a D5 with a much more restrictive CPU block than the one replacing.

$144 vs $200 in pump cost and having to wire from the MB to the outside of the case might be difficult vs setting the D5 and forgetting it.

Iam also thinking of ditching the dual 480 setup and go a Mora 3 pro instead.

I figure the connecting part ie Bitspower won't be needed in a single large design and save some cash.

    Opinions ????

A friend of mine has just bought the Phobya Xtreme NOVA 1080 Radiator with 4 180 fans and he gets better temps than me with rads in sig.
Also You say you want quiet. I find the 1850 GT's to noisey on full I have mine through a sunbeam controller at about 900rpm they are silent but if I was buying again I would get the 900 GT's and disgard the controller

Buying my setup today and going with 4 FM181 SilverStone 180mm fans and a Mora3 4x180

The Mora did slightly better in testing vs the 1080 and I found the mora3 LT and PRO for $160 / $180 from http://www.performance-pcs.com

I also went with the MO-RA3 for looks and more mounting options than a 1260.

Best part is 4 180mm fans is much less cost then a bunch of 120s or 140s

That's interesting churchy, not heard much about these coolgate rads, why recommend them?

Neutronman: they are similar to xspc rx (very popular rads for quiet fans) in FPI/efficiency, but also have extra inlets to ease bleeding and wider varieties for even 140mm fans. Depending on where to buy also may cost less then rx. They also outperform a bit choosen G-changer @OP. As to review, maybe this and this can do?

Here is a comparison of old vs new

    Old:
    4x120mm fans at 1200 rpm
    TFC 480 rad
    one MCP-655 at max rpm
    Enzotech CPU cooler

    New:
    4x180mm fans at 800 rpm
    MO-RA3 Pro 4x180
two MCP-655 in series block at setting 4
    Raystorm CPU block
