good work and great cpu
Bios version is the latest one as far as I remember
BCLK 250.5 captured with cell phone...was too late to make validation

How about lower ones with higher VTT?
MBO Gigabyte P67-UD4-B3 // CPU Intel i5 2500k //
GPU Gigabyte GTX470 // PSU Corsair TX650W //
RAM 2*2GB Geil Black Dragon + 2*2GB Corsair DominatorGT // HDD WD 640GB + Seagate 250GB (410AS)
VTT and IOH related voltage are totally different things, if you need IOH 1.45 volt there is no way to stabilize it at lower voltage even bumping the VTT.
BTW 1.4/1.5 volt isn't that much considering that X58 is a 65nm chip.
in my case BCLK 245 MHZ is more stable with PCI-E 115 MHZ, with 112 super-pi 32M crash or gives inconsistent runs.
So... there is my first try with Dice

hmmmmmmmmmm... IM at a loss here guys...
I have whats in my sig ** ( less the second 480gtx, it will be here monday ) all on good water, excellent temps.
Ive had it to 4.2 using the 23x multi .....3dm6 stable,.... Unigine Heaven* stable.... as soon as I go to run OCCT ( all stock settings in OCCT ) it will crash the system and reboot after anywheres from 1 minute to maybe 5 minutes.
Ive had it to run @ 1.33cpu vcore all the way up to 1.36 and no changes, still crashes OCCT ( I know I can probably go higher on the vcore no problems, heat isnt an issue, but im thinking it may be other voltages that needs tweaks to get it stable, or other tweaks...
I could put up a template of the bios settings, but they were basically the same as the ones on page 31, with some minor tweaks, and Ive since had to do a bios reset and am only runing it at 3.6 @ 1.275 volts for the time being ( OCCT stable for two 1 hour runs )...anyone with a 950 that is getting in the area of 4.2 and up that has a stable bios template ???
Im asking for this because im looking to start from scratch with a new template of someones stable 4.2 using a high multi...
appreciate any help guys.. thanx...
LOL anyone wanna log on my computer and do these tweaks for me???
Have you tried with LinX or Prime95 stability test programs? Sometimes the problem of crashing is the buggy program so try with another one. If it crashes in every other program, then you have to tweak it more. But we'll talk about that when you check the first thing I've said.
I'm telling this because you can run 3DM stable.
MBO Gigabyte P67-UD4-B3 // CPU Intel i5 2500k //
GPU Gigabyte GTX470 // PSU Corsair TX650W //
RAM 2*2GB Geil Black Dragon + 2*2GB Corsair DominatorGT // HDD WD 640GB + Seagate 250GB (410AS)
OK, I bit the bullet and started raising some voltages...I was trying to avoid that, but to get it stable I had to...
Im sure there may be something I can tweak to lower the cpu vcore ( if possible ), but im now stable with 1 hour OCCT..temps were only hitting 58-61 on all four cores
here is my bios template.... this is for a I7 950 with the rest in my sig, less the second GTX 480 ( it will be here monday.... oh yea...isnt there something im supposed to do for adding the second GPU?? like a voltage I need to raise??

any help with lowering any voltages to get my cpu vcore down some would be appreciated ( though I think im at what it needs for stability ) Im now working on 4.37 23x190 to see if i can get that stable and will keep going up from there
edit: OCCT/3dm6/Unigine Heaven/stable @ 4.375
managed a 4.42 same settings, ran OCCT for maybe 15 minutes then crashed...Im happy... not a golden chip, but not to bad without taking it to extremes with cold and voltages
Hi guys.
Is there any link for bios 74 .bin for 760 motherboard?

I saw the E770 Classified 3 at newegg. I am looking to try a new X58 board, anyone have this board or see any results with it? I will be using bloomfield i7's with it.
EDIT: just ordered, hope its a good board.

Works for me too..
@flashnc
Try with this one:
If it's not working, try with higher VTT only or lower your RAM frequency to find out is the RAM only problem there or is it CPU.Frequency Control
