    SAE bro
    confirmed its the new bios

    with some adjustments
very close now to get 2150 stable.. 4.3ghz uncore
hmm theres a few bugs etc sorting out atm on perfect voltage and subtiming.
making sure they are all at the lowest so can gauge whats 2200mhz will be.. 4.4ghz uncore . although ive already seen a few hitch at this like running my vtt at 1.6v
1.55 daily me thinkest no problem.. 1.6.. eh.
all this with ht off. as ht on .. my cooling solution and ambient temps where i live 35c all year long doesnt help .

    Hi,

this is the first Bios since the best S61J for Nehalems that runs overall
succefull with my Xeon 3520@4.2GHz, Batch A704.

All other BIOS from S61J to 65 makes great troubles with my Mushkin Redlines
on 2:8 Divider on 6-7-6-18-72-1T Settings. Now it runs very stable at moment
on running OS with Prime running at 1600MHZ@6-7-6-18 at 1.65v.
    It looks good.

I hope the S3-Usue are fixed too, but can't test it now.

    edit:

    Once again the Divider-problem:
If i set my memory to divider 2:8 to run @1600MHz on 6-7-6-18@1.64v, the Board are initialize only 4.0 from 6.0 Gig of Ram. But i can run 6GB on 2000MHz with 2:10 Divider on 8-8-8-24@1.65v. Hmm....?

    My Ram:
    Mushkin Redline xtreme Performance DDR3-12800, 6-7-6-18@1.65v Product-ID: 998691

j/k ... round trip latency - should be be set manually to optimize mem stability and throughput. They are being determined on an individual basis by the board/bios. You should check what values get set automatically. You can use CPU Tweaker from windows or you should be able to see them in the second column on your BIOS memory setup screen. Then work out optimal settings from there.

RTL's are set according to mem speed and latency? If so what do you think is the best setting for 1600 6-7-6-18-1T, to start with?

Oh i see, those values you posted are standard values for the given uncore speed or should i play with them a little?

Is there some kind of formula to calculate these RTL values?

Edit: Auto values was 47/49/51. Changing to 46/49/51 as u suggested i had a small increase in Read a small decrease in Copy and Latency dropped from 44,1 to 43,9 according to everest.
