My HeatWare: http://www.heatware.com/eval.php?id=70151
hey guys, can you help me with my 760 please? It gets stucked at FF inmediatly when I turn on
This started to happen today when I accidentally decreased the cpu vtt voltage to sth like 1.14 or 1.08 in e-leet, giving me a bsod and a quick reset. Since that, the motherboard won't post more..
What can I do? I've already tried to boot with single channel memory changing slots and without any kind of drives or peripherials. I'm a bit disappointed because this mobo cost me like 600 bucks here in uruguay..
Any kind of help is welcome Thanks, Rodrigo.

I would try swapping your psu. This may be a psu compatibility problem. Could be just coincidence to the setting change which shouldn't have done any harm. Are you sure your psu is on the Classified compatibility list?
If that not the case it could be any one of your components. I had a bad hard drive stall the post process once. So if any of your parts are bad that could effect the post. Only way to figure it out is by a process of elimination. That includes the video card, and cpu. Also I am very familiar with the psu problem these boards have and to me it reminds me of what I went through.
Do you have a spare psu?

Nice results Bart!! My board showed up but had not time to test as I'm trapped offshore KSA till FEB!!! (almost thought of taking it with me!!) ARRGGGHHH!! Does the board run hot?? Does that little fan help or would a WB be of use?? Keep hammering it and looking forward to some COLDER results!!

Been running Win7 x64 Ultimate on Intel X25-M 160 GB G2 for some weeks now and not had any problems what so ever. installed OS in ACHI mode but forgot to change from IDE to ACHI after flashing BIOS a couple of times, which of course resulted in no boot / immediate BSODs. So, must be set to ACHI in BIOS or you will experience what you're describing.
Hope you figure it out!
well, add me to the list, I got me a beautiful E760 Classified 2 days ago and have so far got 4.2ghz @ 1.375v (in the bios, not actual) with HT on and using "with vdroop" settings on my i7-920 rock solid stable... Haven't had a chance to shoot for any higher yet, but my temps never get above 61*C on OCCT for an hour and prime95 for 6hrs, so I think i still have some head room.

Hi guys, I need some help.
Got my EVGA Classified E760 yesterday and started to bench straight away. Though my bad luck I had no antifreeze and my water froze outside at -13c. So I took the PC back indoors and im trying to figure out how to get over 222bclk 3D stable. Is it that the cpu ran over 89c or is it smth else? CPU and VGA is watercooled. Had 3x Volcano 12 fans blowing on the motherboard and memory so that wasnt the problem.
What exact voltages to try? I read like 30 pages of posts here so I know something but right now im thinking its the temperatures.. though im not sure. Also HT on i was not able to go above 230bclk but on my modded gigabyte I can run superpi with HT on easy on 235blck. So whats keeping me back? Are there any special bioses i should try?

Can anyone give me a hand with my fan control issue, please?
Check this thread and reply there.
Basically, looking for a way to control my 3 pin fans via voltage (or whatever else that works! I suppose the default BIOS option is PWM, and it doesn't seem to work).
Your input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I received my new board today a x58 classified 760-E1. The bios is 6.00 pg. Can someone tell me what's the date of this bios? cpuz shows 30/10/2009!!! Can that de true or is it an older one?
6.00 is the type, not the version.
And for the BIOS link... check here.
Can someone recommend me 12GB's of good RAM with low CAS and can overclock to +4.0Ghz?
Thanks!
Strange problem with my 760 E1. It is giving me constant wistling and when I run 3d application it gets worst. It cuts my sound and my monitor starts to flicer. Changed cards the same. Any ideas???
