what cooling are you using?
note that get bloomfield CPUs stable at 4.6 GHz when air cooled is quite difficult if not impossible.
if you are looking for a DU setup, set it at 4 or 4.2 GHz with VCORE 1.2/1.3 (the other settings to use are what you see below, except for the CPU multiplier).
if you just want to have some fun keep using the template you see below and bump the CPU multiplier.
also, when doing this kind of stuff I would put a fan blowing on the CPU PWM and northbridge heatsink and another one blowing on the RAM.
they tend to get rather hot.
