    Build will start soon.

    Friday : command of a 5083 or 5086 aluminium sheet : 2000 mm x 1000 mm x 3 mm or 4 mm.

    I hesitate beetween 3 and 4 mm.

The hard part will be to bent it. I think it must be done by a professionnal.

I have never been a fan of rads mounted on the bottom sucking air in trhough the bottom.
    reason for that is dust.
even with filters its dificult to change filters with fans on bottom mount cases.

Good point. Perhaps a large filter sliding under the case.

Good job so far. You put a lot of work into this! And I like the purple case you had there before. As for your latest sketch, have you thought about allowing an option for the rad to be sitting on its side and using side panel vents (ala TJ-07/Lian Li V2000 bottom rad style)?

I want to have simple and efficient air flow and the smallest case possible (with 2*480 ).
With other designs the case have to be bigger or not practical.

You don't like the color ?

The build will not start soon, i am working in my new house.

I have done a micro ATX attempt :
Two loops => One loop with one reservoir.
The aquaero pro => Aquaero LT

    Case is smaller : 50 cm x 50 cm x 28 cm

I asked professionnals to bend my aluminium sheet but it's pricy (i am not confortable to do it myself) and i have a
lot of work in my house so i abandon this project.

I always wanted to have a TJ 07 and after reflection and a little sketchup, i think i can mount 2 360 rads internaly
in an inverted ATX modded tj07 with a micro ATX board.

    I bought :
    - tj 07
    - asus gene-z
    - 2600k

I will start another thread for my new build.

I will post my last sketchup of this project if it can inspire other peoples.

PS1 : I have to sell my aluminium sheet : 2000x1000x4 mm (if french peoples interested pm me).
PS2 : Sorry for my english
