^ awesome! thanks tony i appreciate it

but one q still lingers.. see.. you stopped @ same clock.. how much further/higher can 955 @ ddr2 go than @ ddr3

where im @ looking @ the results ^ id still go with ddr2

    looks like about 50mhz xtra @ ddr2 ~ ddr3

less than 100mhz xtra @ ddr2 definitely has potential to beat ddr3

one q still remains.. how much clockage does the 955+ddr2 has over ddr3

sorry tony ddr3 still dont impress me

DFI DDR2 hits back...CPU is at higher clock ;-)

Next multi up is unstable at 1.4V...this is 100% stable

1min 39secs quicker its getting better.

Tony, I've never tried any OCZ RAM... but you have convinced me.

I'm going to buy a pair of 2x2GB OCZ Blade! Is the 1066 C5 model any different from the 800 C4? If they use the same ICs I can save some bucks, here in Argentina the difference isn't only a few dollars

    Tony,

Could it be the 3:8 divider just performs better than 1:2?

If those can work on my M3A79-T @ 1066 I'll get them right away!

I don't see any reason why these sticks shouldn't work on that board.

I will post my results as soon as i've got mine.

    Guys

Just so you are aware I have been testing other SB600/Nvidia/SB750 boards with these dimms and NOTHING I have tested comes close to this DFI. The ram still clocks for sure BUT not quite as well.

The M2R may be old but its a KILLER board with 955 and DDR2.

    Does it include DFI M2RS/H?

I see that M2R is UT and its pwm looks different from M2rs, more beefy? hmm.

Tony.. Excellent testing, thank you much. Those sticks are really whetting my appetite. I'm amazed.

Is DDR2-800/CL3 possible as well with these 2GB sticks? Just curious.
I don't check my PMs very often.

I second the question: have you tested with DFI 790FXB-M2RS(H) ?
