    Time Machine Working on Ubuntu NAS?!?!

    Saw this Ubuntu NAS system working with Apple's Time Machine feature. Apparently this was achieved using Samba. Pretty darn cool. Why would any body buy that crappy Time Capsule now.

    I also saw it working with a PS3 which is like icing on the cake.

    Makes sense. OSX is *nix based, Ubuntu is a *nix... not really that hard to work.
    Dual CCIE (Route\Switch and Security) at your disposal. Have a Cisco-related or other network question? My PM box is always open.
