Yah kind of useless to me if it can't run 32m.......if it can't 32m it cant 3d....

Let me know when you find a set of budgets that can do 1720 + 6-6-5
multiple instance 32m stable and pass 3d 06 cpu test 3 times back to back

How high can you run the CPU at that speed or are you backing cpu clocks off to improve IMC stability?

i just wanted to see if they could do it stable or not 18xx cas6 is crazy IMO

cpu can do around 4.5ghz like this on -10C temps

Honestly the ram is most likely not to blame, you've probably hit the IMC limit of the chip. They start freaking out at a certain speed chip dependant.

The high voltage stuff tends to lower the point they freak out at over all, limiting NB and or cpu speeds.

We are getting better speeds 32m/3d stable with elpida hypers and lower voltage, stuff is just so darn expensive and I prefer benching with 2x2g which makes the cost factor even worse.

I noticed at the event when I shifted to my low volt 2x2g OCZ's I was able to squeeze another 50 mhz out of the cpu 3d stable, preety much already knew that would happen as i've duplicated this numerous times.

i squeezed 4.9ghz on low volt nanya's but this is not tweaked at all i was just pushing the thing till it maxed

that vdimm is way too high for jnl to be stable, the highest stable vdimm ive seen on jnl was 2.1v
well that was on air though...

running this high vdimm will degrade and possibly kill the mem chips on jnl in my experience...
