    Nice timings for the speed, But are these the Low Voltage Blades. Ive heard anything over 1.9v can be deadly to these and just puts off more heat but no gain. See if you can lower the volts to 1.9 and get it stable.

    no chance of that kind off MHz @1,9 4M crashes at 1020

    Thats to bad. 1020, 4.4.4.12 isnt bad though. Check out this thread, i think around same kind of ram as you. Maybe im wrong though.

    Timings are not bad, but where are the memory bandwidth estimations?

    off topic : if you have a 1200 4-4-4-12 modules i'll buy it ( with maximum voltage for it = 2.3v )

    Only Micron based can do this.. my D9GKX can. I have D9GMH, but it tends to have more freq than lower CL..

    i tested many GMH modules but non of them could 1200 4-4-4-12 2.3 . i think elpida chip memory can do .

    @ mkk : decrease tRFC as you can .
