Correcting FOV will give those without widescreen monitors an unfair advantage (I'm well aware the majority have widescreens monitors these days - yes I do...) I'm glad they are not increasing FOV

Wait...what? So you play all your games in 4:3 or 5:4 resolutions (even the ones that support different FOVs)? The majority of games that have "competitive" leagues allow for aspect ratio correct FOVs.

I have 4 times. Immediately crashes.

I was having the same issue. Manually updating punkbuster seemed to fix this. Another issue I read about is the server not updated their version of pb. In that case you can use this console command pb_security 0.

jump/prone back to the old value + adjustable fov are 2 things on this list that made me hope for a kickass 1.5 final patch

New beta2 is supposed to be ready next week. Nice list of fixes/updates.


But I seriously only want a bit improved F35 and better hitbox so my TV missile can make more love

What is the problem with the "can't seem to load Highway tampa 64-player maps in LAN" thingy?

The hitbox though, looks like it acctually have been improved. Could get a clean headshot with the P90 now. ^^
