    vQPI was set at 1.60
    vDIMM was set at 1.8v

    It appears that the board itself can not scale much higher as for the memory being that high it was still stable enough to run multiple instances of 1M and yet at the next increase of bclk would cause instant BSOD. I could even boot into Windows at this frequency. There is a definite wall at this point where raising OPI/vDIMM does not help.
