Error in updating BIOS - BR

I am trying to upgrade my BIOS to version P10 Bloodrage, only during the update process is occurring an error.

The jumper was located as the Default BIOS_2 (7-8), then I changed the jumper to the main BIOS (1-2) and still am not able to upgrade. Some idea of the more knowledgeable on the subject?

    Error:

I can advice you only to do it from DOS. Trying to flash mobo from anything else than Win XP is slightly dangerous. If it works at all.

Strange that this is my second Bloodrage, and at first I upgraded without problems. Here I am using Windows 7. I'll try to upgrade via DOS, the problem is that I do not know much about it. It's quiet to do?

How would the installation procedure via Winflash, could you teach me? I'm afraid of doing something wrong. Thanks!

just open it, select the bios file, and then update it... thats all...
if it doesnt work then play with the settings... dont worry, you cant really do something wrong, and even if something bad DOES happen, you have a second bios chip to boot from
