Thanks mate, I'll get the core over 900 etc etc in the weekend when I have more time, that should give me over 2200marks just in nature.

You can easily get 1200 nature at the clocks you're at now judging from the greeks...

    Sure thing
I hate the fact that none of my cards are good on air ( well, they're not good on LN2 as well, but who cares ).
I have to fill the dewar again to get something over 752MHz GPU with my cards.

There are Greek guys at below 800 core and nature at nearly not 1200 but 1400. Don't ask me how they did it.

d3doverrider is enough to put you easily at 1200.

Still on air, uping the volts from 1.13 to 1.21 got 810/1620/1260 running, but even then nature is 1115 lod, d3d etc etc is all in use.

Looking at hipro's score on the first page, his GTX285 is killing my GTX260 in mem and shader clocks (by alot) I'd say thats why he can do 1200fps under 800mhz (and well... it's hipro).
The guys pushing 1400fps, are they on single or multi gpu ? if it's single I'll have to work out where I'm going wrong.

It's on single gpu and the cpu only at 4000Mhz!
But don't worry in this contest there is a cap.
Imagine the score of these guys if there was not a cap(nature 1450++).

hey dude! nice score but your nature is over 1200fps which isnt allowed.

Unless u are running 2 cards that is.

Deanzo m8, sorry for the misinformation, I forgot to mention that the GTX 260 doesn't benefit that much with the tweaks for Nature, and the 1191fps that crio hit with the CPU @ 4GHz was with the card on LN2, and clocked at 918MHz GPU / 1836 SPs / 1200 Mem.

    No worries Bill,

I was just looking at your score in the other thread, the GTX260 can't come near the 280/285 for shader and mem clocks as well.

I'm just getting my card ready now, should have it nice and cold tomorrow night, so I'll get to 1200 that way

The cap that Vince has put on, really does let alot of cards have a go

Interesting tweak...it makes GTX285's and GTX280's more powerful than 9800GX2's, adding ~300 FPS in nature (6000 points), but apparently does nothing for GTX260's, what a convenient coincidence. (Or an inconvenient one for Dean)

Imagine the scores if those didn't suffer from the low "Car High" bug :stars:

exacly why the weaker cards have a chance bill :P
i was so ampted for a GTS 250, cause they have same core as 880gts512, so maybe it clocks as high and no cb. but because it cant 01 with new drivers i wont even greet it if it walks by me in the shopping mall :p

    Yes a little "inconvenient"

    I wouldn't say it does nothing on the GTX260, with out it I can't break 1000fps, so it's still adds 100 - 150fps.

Why are your cards running stock ?
With the setup you have they should be running 900 on the core 24/7
