    XSPC 4870x2 Block - $69.99

Was looking for some 295 blocks on various sites and look at what I found .

Too bad the 295 blocks are so dang pricey. EK is about 180 from sidewinder, koolance is 160 for tilatech and others, aqua computer (so pretty) 180.

Here is the link for the xspc full cover block for 69.99

They had some QC issues with paint on their radiator, but I haven't heard anything about their blocks being bad. The radiators performed just fine, they just put the secure wrapping on them too soon, so some of the paint came off. This deal is insane and I'm considering buying from them, I need to do some research on this site though, make sure they're legit.

Edit: Looks like they're legit, Feser has them as an authorized retailer here: http://www.feser-one.com/site/wheretobuy.php

For what it's worth, my XSPC block has been through two hands and is working just fine.

The cracking tops were all acrylic versions of the blocks. There haven't been any problems with the Delrin topped ones.

the xspc x2 design is fairly weak IMO, I was gonna buy the block because it looked good but too many have had problems with contact and temps with the block.

that is a sweeet price though....

Nah I ordered from them before, with no problems. I learned about them through this forum.

They are also retailers for XSPC and Feser http://www.xspc.biz/retailers.php

[admin hat]So many of your posts are pimping Tilatech....are you affiliated with them?

According to our rules, what you're doing counts as pimping and you should probably stop. [/admin hat]

Rather have that than the xspc one. Only reason I am selling mine is to get a pair of heatkillers.

I'm not a huge fan of the heatkiller cpu.. maybe it's one of those blocks that needs to grow on me. On the other hand, I think their gpu blocks are beautiful.

I have a HK 3.0 CU ordered now, and ordering two Heatkiller 4870X2 blocks, that is why I am selling my Aqua... I didn't feel like paying $150 shipped for a Aqua block from Germany for my second card I just got, and a friend pointed me to a group buy for the Heatkiller GPU blocks...
