I think my X800XT used to score higher than that with a Barton. However, from my understanding that's the low end, I'm not sure though.
That is pretty much the lowest of the lowest GPU NVIDIA has at the moment, so no wonder that your old high-end chip outperforms it.

That's... pretty low end. My 9650GT with GDDR2 is much faster.

According to Notebookcheck, the GMA4500HD is ~900 on average in 3DMark06.

Is that GPU-Z shot accurate? Is this a B1 revision of G98?
PCI interface? bug or is it really running off a PCI-like interface
