I'd try pyro. Solider is more of a run n gun class as well, but slower and reload times are horrid.

Demos are good for run and gun, Also a good medic with the Blutsauger and Uber Bone Saw is a force to be recconed with.

Fantastic game and one of my favorite MP games of all time.

Right now is a bad time to start playing due to the scout update. Any server you join will be flooded with scouts. Give it another week and things will most likely start to get back to normal.

Scout is the run in gun and run away class. If you ever get good at it then you will see that even before the class updates he is teh awesome.

I play a lot of classes depending the map, my team, the other team, and my mood.

Demo pwns as well if you can l2p him really good. Wish I could advertise my server here but I am pretty sure its against the rules.

Definitely get it. Just be aware that we just had some updates, and the details of a lot of classes are being adjusted (and accidentally broken in a lot of cases) for a bit.

Just play all the classes and find what you like. I love scout and that is what I spend 90% of my time playing because I am someone that has to be moving all the time and after you get down jumping and being able to move different directions all the time you can kill any class easy.
