    MCR-QP Stackable Radiator Series Released

    Hello to All:

The MCR320-QP-STACK (http://www.swiftech.com/products/MCR320-QP.asp) and MCR220-QP-STACK (http://www.swiftech.com/products/MCR220-QP.asp) have been published on our site. The MCR120-QP-STACK is next.

We start shipping to retailers next week.

Custom short fittings 1-4" BSPP to 1/2" barb are shipped with the rads to enable linkage, as well as special snap rivets to attach fans in the middle. Clamps and tubing are not included. Above, we used #6 worm drive, and black tygon cut precisely to 9/16.

    Enjoy!

Very nice! You gotta love manufacturers that listen to their customers.

Sure, since you have inlet linked to inlet and outlet linked to outlet.

The idea is this: if you own an MCR rad already, and you have room for a two-core, why toss your MCR? Just add a stackable. It's better bang for the buck. Also great for push-pull..

SLI: I don't think so (not positive though). You basically only have 25mm spacing between the two rads (the fan)

THAT is what I like to hear from manufacturers! Upgrade what you've got, not upgrade by replacing

Awesome, if I need more rad capability I know where to look now

you could have more room depending on what fans you use or if you use shrouds and ect.

Ah well, works good how is now, have the normal with the feser, have always loved the MCR series, great cooling and can afford to run several if you have the room without putting you in the poor house.

sure. does it mean I need to take out our fittings to reduce initial cost? I can still do that at this time (tomorrow left before I publish to price-list and shopping cart).

    VOTE please.

i would include plugs and let us pick up our own fittings

what way you could run it as a standard rad or a stackable rad.

1 against. noted. I need more input though. it's a major decision. I don;t want users to complain later on.

I personally would rather not have the fitting and reduce costs.
I think you would have to start a new thread and then the mods can merge the two.
I am very happy you make this stackable radiator..

o i just gotta say thats something you have to love swiftech for doing
    thanks
i might reconsider on buying them again
    do u sell the two rads+ 3fans?
or are the rads sold individually because if they weren't you should give the option of putting 38mm delta's in the center?

I'd like to make sure all my existing fittings match.
but... if others want it in, the cost isn't an issue for a few bucks more. I don't want to be the kermujjin of the group
I'm sure just very happy you made these stackable, so it should be fun seeing these in new builds and trying 1 out myself.
