My parents came to me with a budget of 400-$500 for a new computer.
I wanted it to be semi-upgradeable since I have a 15 year old brother who might like to play games on it. No overclocking of any kind.

I have an CD/DVD combo drive I would give them.
They have been on XP for so long so an upgrade for Vista would be nice. I guess this leaves an option for a better CPU/GPU in the future.
Total after shipping is $450.28
