Did you try lower CPU mutliplicators?

I only tested y 940's so far and they could booth do 350-360 MHz HTT on air and 417 with dry ice, but using the Gigabyte board (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=213991).

and yes I've tried to lowering the multipliers but 295(air cooled) is the max for now and the Biostar engineers told me its not so easy to get more than 300HTT with P2

so the HTT loves cold like Core2/FSB,good to know

Dont forget to chill the NB, opening the window with freezing -5C outside resulted in a 20 MHz HTT boost =)

We were so close to 400 MHz it wasn't funny, overall clocking of those 2 CPUs was reallllly bad ^^

yes i c the point and thx for advice but i have a "little problem" here,no pci card in hands or any card with tdp lower than GTX285 to use now
my choices are
Asus 8800GTX
Zotac GTX295
and that Galaxy GTX285

i havent tried the integrad grafic but i dont think it will work in these conditions

cold air benching ?
not now ,later time maybe ,i still sick :S ... influenza... ,but i can use better cooling on NB

anyway, I asked for some help and i got some improvement with a new beta, 340HTT is possible( air and only for screen) and boot @ 320HTT
