I have power savings set to high performance. My bloodrage is set to PPM disabled and cpu turbo to off.. yet when I go into load it changes my multiplier. HELP!

What do you mean by it changes my multiplier.
Unless you got EIST enabled ( that will drop your multiplier down when your system is not in load ), there's nothing that should fiddle with your CPU Multiplier.
Do you have EIST & CxE disabled ?

yeah..PPM is disabled which disables those 2 things.. still drops my multi under load.. I changed the settings in vista too to high performance. =o\ talk about gremlins!
I believe uor UnCore multiplier keep changeing, because u enabled the XMP profile on uor memory.

Actually its my multiplier. Any load makes it go to 24x multi. So now I'm having to overclock with the 24x multi to get my real speeds. =o\. Tried it with 3 different bioses.. g13, p03, and g18.
Can u please post at least the scenario with 2 screen from CPUz v1.50
