    w00t 4ghz!

Finally got my new rig up and going after my OCZ took a dump and was able to reach 4ghz REALLY easy at 1.6v (under water) last 2 chips I had could only do 3.8 at ungodly high voltage, i've been through 3 boards and 3 processors this month trying to find out wtf has been going on, apparently my old OCZ was killing them (and apparently the ram too) so I stepped up to an 1000HX and it's been SO much better

I tried messing with the NB Multi but can't seem to get it any higher, what's great is this is with Vista 64 no 32! it's an EPAW under water

great job, I cant seem to get past 3.95 for 3d.
Particle's First Rule of Online Technical Discussion:
As a thread about any computer related subject has its length approach infinity, the likelihood and inevitability of a poorly constructed AMD vs. Intel fight also exponentially increases.

    Rule 1A:
Likewise, the frequency of a car pseudoanalogy to explain a technical concept increases with thread length. This will make many people chuckle, as computer people are rarely knowledgeable about vehicular mechanics.

    Rule 2:
When confronted with a post that is contrary to what a poster likes, believes, or most often wants to be correct, the poster will pick out only minor details that are largely irrelevant in an attempt to shut out the conflicting idea. The core of the post will be left alone since it isn't easy to contradict what the person is actually saying.

    Rule 2A:
When a poster cannot properly refute a post they do not like (as described above), the poster will most likely invent fictitious counter-points and/or begin to attack the other's credibility in feeble ways that are dramatic but irrelevant. Do not underestimate this tactic, as in the online world this will sway many observers. Do not forget: Correctness is decided only by what is said last, the most loudly, or with greatest repetition.

Remember: When debating online, everyone else is ALWAYS wrong if they do not agree with you!

LoL only a couple...thousand Mhz behind you Throwed ><

Yeah my load temp seems to hover around 44c I've got an MCR320 with 3 HS YL fans on it so it stays pretty cool since it's the only thing in the loop. i've been trying to figure out what's going on with my NB, I cant get it to boot in anything past 2.2Ghz, i've even tried throwing 1.4v at it and couldnt get 2.4 stable. IDK what it's deal is

Works great for me other than the fact that the CPU Core voltages/temps are wrong. BTW, I use Dry Ice(-109). I work for Airgas Dry Ice in Augusta. I get pellets, rice, blocked ice/penguin ice, and etc. for free.

it is: 3.6 GHz@ 1.475 (ASUS overvolitng under 100% prime, so real Voltage is 1.5V)

That speed is unnatainable at those temps DI or not ........most will be hard pressed to break 5gig with DI, much less get to damn near 6gig.........

No offense but validation or it didn't happen....
