Maybe a bit, but fortunately it is on the outlet and not the inlet so the pump won't get thirsty. Eyeballing the angle, if the D5 is back as far as it can go the bend looks pretty reasonable to me. Also, once you get some tubing on those plastic barbs it is loathe to go anywhere. I would just say that a worm drive on that particular fitting would be a very good idea for the sake of redundancy. You don't want a leak anywhere in your system, but you REALLY don't want the tubing to pop off your pump outlet, especially with hard disks mounted inches above.

that is a very very true comment there. I will make sure my hose clamps are ALL tight... but I'm worried that tightening them to much could cut the tubing..

OK, Here's some updates for everyone. Something is wrong and I'm not able to access my Photobucket account tonight, so I'll be uploading with imageshack.. ;(

Here's some pics of my Leak Test, and I'll be installing system tomorrow after all night testing.

Yes thats the PSU on the left by the sink, with wires in the sink. But I've not used that side in over a year. (It's a 2 sink Bathroom.) So it's dry and safe. oh and I didn't mean to catch the reflection on the right side through the mirror, but it turned out cool as you can see the RAD in the mirror.

Here is the Res, I decided to mount it here, It's temporary til I get the EK 150 Multi-Option. But it looks ok. It's just to high for the filport to be used. So I just had to pour right into it, but it was pretty easy access.

Here is a close-up of the GTZ.. it looks like a nice block. And everything works great so far. (Can I use my never been mounted Backplate that came with my extra TRUE Cooler instead of the one that came with the GTZ) As it's all scratched and wont stick to backside anymore, but the True one would.. can I use it instead?)

Here's the pump, I scooted it to the back of the HD Bay, and the tube is completely out of the way, so mounting my HD wont be a problem, but if I get a second, that might be tight.

Last for tonight, Here's another shot of the Swiftech Micro Res v2. I like it a little more now I've seen it in action. but I'll still probably replace it.

I gave myself a little extra slack on a few of the tubes, just in case I need to drain it, and make any adjustments.. But I'm hoping it goes together good tomorrow.
What does everyone think, the pics aren't that good I know. it will look better with the GTZ mounted, my SLI 260's and some Pentosin G11 Blue UV Dye in there.. So after I get those installed tomorrow I'll post some better pics.

    What does everyone think?

Thanks for stopping in and checking out my Water Build!

oh and what does everyone think about the amount of bubbles or Air in my loop. The bubbles disappeared very fast after I went from slow, to fast on speeds. I went from 1 to 3 to 5, and back to 3 for a few mintes. Just changing it up. Now it's going all night on 3.5, unless someone says to do different.

Also that last bit of Air in the top of res. I can get a little out. but it's hard to get it. is it ok like that in the last picture? I could have someone tilt it, while I top it off where the bubble is. lol. Then it would be completely full. Other than that, I shook the case a bit, but I still need to try and get some air out of the rad, I'm sure there is still some in there. I doubt I got it all my first try..

Id say you actually have too much water in that res.
I usually have mine between the top of that angled plate in there and the top of the res. Filling it up to the top isnt a good thing id say.

really, you think there is to much. I was told after it bled all night to top it off. so Thats what I did, but when I woke up this morning it was a little lower from going all night, it was at the top of that little ear mount thing on the left. so it had dropped a little, but I topped it right off this morning like suggested.

Why would I want it to be only 3/4 full? whats the difference?

oh, and do those pics look ok to you guys? I did them with no flash. So they might have some noise.

Here's another update for everyone. I've got her going, and all is well so far. I think.

I'm liking my temps. but I don't know whats good or not with water, as this is my first time. I lost my H2O V.. So far I'm idle 26c, Prime Blend Load 37-40c Load!

Anways it's late and I work tomorrow, but I just figured I'd throw a few pictures up here really fast. and I'll post more tomorrow.

Yes, that's cash under the already stack of cash on the left.. I'm a Waiter in Caesars Palace ok. I have lots of Cash sometimes!

Here's a shot of the RAD emblem, this is just a teaser shot. I'll be back with more.

If anyone has any questions, or wants specific pictures or anything, just ask. and feel free to comment about my results.

    Thanks!

Looking sharp! You've done a nice job with your cable management, and your water loop is nice and simple -a good thing.

While you are missing a drain, you have the advantage of your pump being at the lowest point in your loop and out of the way of everything else. So, you can pop a connection to drain without doing too much damage

I see what you mean Shazza, when it comes time. I can remove the HD above it. and pop a spot for a drain right there. That would work.. just use paper towels like you said. Good point. Thanks!

Thanks Sniipe, good to hear coming from you. I was trying to keep it nice and clean inside.. I hate having wires everywhere, now I just need to sleeve my 6/8 pin PCI connectors.
