Need program to stess my system to evaluate cooling system

I'm about to start my new water cooled system and want to test how effective my cooling system is. The system is an I7 950 Asus R3F with 12 Gigs of RAM and an Nvidia Quadro 2000 video card. I plan on overclocking the system and am looking for software that will tax the processor, MB, ram and video card to generate elevated heat levels rather then a system sitting there at idle.

Can anyone recommend a program that I can download to accomplish this and perhaps offer suggestions on how best to approach heat testing my system. After I get some baseline readings I will start to throttle the BIOS and take measurements until the system gets on the "warm" side.

I'm a bit of a noob at this and just want to gets some advice.

    Thanks

OCCT, Run the PSU test, and it will try to load everything GPU/CPU/MEM.
It's intended to stress the PSU, however it should work for what you want too since it will put everything under load.

That actually got me pointed in the right direction. I'm educating myself on the best approach here.
