Care to explain why you are looking for these very chips specifically?

    I'm just curious.

    Hi,
if you want great OC headroom, why not just get some micron chips?
There are some Micron Xtreem PC6400 still available, and I think they still use D9's
    £70 for 2gb

I've seen no benchmarks of any DDR2 clocking that high, the world record (using D9GKX) is DDR2-1778 CL5.5.5.15. I seriously doubt anything by Samsung can beat Micron RevD...

Samsung did not make a huge DDR2 part like Micron but they do make a good ddr3 part.
