The more stages the more gases the more problems....

Going from 1 stage to 2 stage is difficult going from 2 stage to 3 stage is very challenging much harder for me than going from 1 stage to 2 stages by many factors.
Going to 5 stages must be a very frustrating venture even with several guys contributing.

--edit-- to avoid confusion: I am amazed and humbled by what you guys are doing...

Not tooo bad. At $0.15 a kW here is USA. That's about $2.50 an hour.

Unbelievable. This takes you so far away from CPUs you start to forget what overclocking is.

    we will see
at this weekend we fill the new methane in the fourth stage.
then we make a testrun and write down the datas.
if everything works fine we will look for a new fith stage compressor the next weeks.

today we vakuumed and filled the fourth stage.
but first we changed the eev from danfoss akv to carel eev but it caused the same problems as before that the valve freezes and is not adjustable anymore
the new carel eev is a stepper valve which needs a controller that unrockstar had built last night

we only tested with idle load of the fourth stage.
next stept is to change fifth stage compressor an see how it performes.

Revco 7150. If you will post the serial number i will get you the manufacture date. Be careful, if the power is cut for a few minutes the scroll compressor can turn backwards at startup.

Let me know what else you need for it.
